Adult Classes:

College age students (ages 18-24) meet in the library with Mr. Stan Bergstrom. Wondering what to do with your life, what God wants you to do. This class helps you explore these questions and more.

The Women’s Grace class is continuing their discussion of women in the Bible with Sarah Hinson in the Belk Parlor at Belk’s Funeral Home.

The Men’s Pauling class is studying The Present Word, a Bible study series bringing members together to reflect on biblical text and to act on what they discover. This class meets in the Belk Chapel at Belk’s Funeral Home.

Reverend Cauley is leading Christianity Explored. This class is designed to explore three questions that cut right to the heart of our faith: Who was Jesus? Why did he come? What does Jesus demand of those who want to follow him? In other words, it’s all about Jesus’ identity, mission, and call. This class meets in the Covenant Classroom.

Mark Dickinson is leading Putting Together the Puzzle of the Old Testament, a class that explores the entire Old Testament. If slogging through names like Melchizadek, Mephibosheth, and Michmethath seems intimidating, this course is for you. Imagining the Old Testament as a puzzle, you’ll find those corners and straight edges that help organize the whole. This class meets in the choir room.
